AT Rack System

Flexibility is the key to the AT Rack System. You can mount both standard threaded rail mount and Dell/HP style mounts all in one rack. Now that's convenience!

Practical Design
Open design gives you plenty of air flow.

Adjustable
Floating Panels mount forward and back. Attach Tapped Rails (sold separately) to the Floating Panels to support the back of your equipment - even equipment of different depths.

Flexible
Maintain different standards (threaded rail mount, hook mount style and stand-alone equipment) all in one place.

Several Sizes
Choose from four heights (12 Unit, 16 Unit, 24 Unit, and 36 Unit) and two depths (24" and 30")

Two Finishes
Choose Black or Silver Metallic finish

Optional Casters
Add 5" Casters to move your Rack System wherever you need it.

Cable Management
Keep your cords organized and route cables inside the roomy Floating Panel

Step One: Building Your Rack
You begin with the Basic Frame. First decide how many Units of rack you'll need. Your rack mountable equipment is measured in Units (a Rack Unit is 1.75" high). Figure out how many Units of equipment you have. You also might want extra Units to grow. Add all those Units up, and that will determine which AT Basic Frame to consider. AT offers 12 Unit, 16 Unit, 24 Unit and 36 Unit models.

Step Two: Adding Tapped Rails to the Front (Required)
Equipment is mounted to the Basic Frame using Tapped Rails. You attach the rails to the Frame, and then your equipment is attached to the rails. The industry uses two standards of rack mountable equipment: those that use threaded rail mounts which have standard 10-32 screw holes; and Dell/HP style mounts that have larger square holes instead of screw holes. You can use both standards on an AT Rack System. Choose Tapped Rails that are specific to your equipment from our accessory list

Step Three: Choosing Tapped Rails for the Back
Some rack mountable equipment requires support in the rear. AT's floating panels, which come standard on the sides of the Basic Frame, mount on the front or the back of the frame so that you can support equipment of different depths. Choose Tapped Rails for the rear of your equipment from our Tapped Rail offerings. Some AT Rack accessories require back Tapped Rails for sturdy mounting.
