Policy
If any item is returned to Data-Link due to a mistake by customer
the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Custom
Items such as Fireproof Safes, Steel Cases, Preprinted Labels are
not returnable. Degaussers, Destroyers and Tape Cleaners are not returnable unless defective. If one of these machines
is received defective it will be fixed or replaced.
A Restocking fee may apply on returned items. Please contact Data-Link
before returning any merchandise. All returns must be in original
packaging. Please insure as necessary. Data-Link will always work
with you to make any return go as smoothly as possible.
Restocking
Fees
If an item is returned at no fault to Data-Link then we will pass
on any restocking charges incurred from the manufacturer. Most restocking
charges range from 15%-25%
Damaged
Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise please notify Data-Link immediately.
ALWAYS INSPECT MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE
TO THE BOX OR PRODUCT NOTE THAT WHEN SIGNING. If there is noticeable
damage and it is not noted it will be hard to put in a claim with
the carrier.
Minimum
Order
Our minimum order is $ 40.00 or a $ 4.00 service fee will apply.
Purchase
Orders
We accept all Government, Educational and Corporate Purchase orders.
If you are a corporation and wish to set up a net 30 account please
provide us with a list of credit references (1 bank, 3 corporate).
If you need a blank credit application faxed or emailed to you please
contact us. It typically takes 1-3 days to set up a new account.
Credit
Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please provide
us with card number, expiration date, billing address and name on card.All orders placed via credit card will be charged before order is processed.
If an order is cancelled after card is charged and before item is shipped there will be a 4% charge to cover bank charges.
Quantity
Discounts
Many items can be offered with a quantity discount, please contact
us for custom quotes.
Online
Ordering
Not every item is offered for online ordering. Prices on media and
imaging supplies change often so we will put current specials on
some items in our shopping cart. If something is not in our shopping
cart it does not mean it is not in stock. Please contact us for
pricing on all media and supplies not listed in our cart. We do
not list many of the storage products or items that need custom
configurations on the shopping cart. Many of these products can
get confusing and we prefer to work with each person individually
on these items to insure the customer of getting the right product
for their needs. Once you receive a quote from a Data-Link sales
representative you can place your order online.
Warranty
Data-Link honors all manufacturers warranties
TAX
Appropriate sales tax will be added to all orders. If you are tax
exempt please note.
